We have stayed in the mega pods before, which are lovely,... read more and this was our first time staying with our three year old in a large standard pod and he absolutely loved it! The new sofa beds are really useful and my three year old slept on a blow up bed - such an adventure for him!

The staff were friendly, laid back and accommodating as always. The staff and facilities make your stay so easy. We ate in the restaurant which is a bit pricey but also has very big portions and is very tasty. My son loved the sausages! We also ordered the croissants for the morning which again my son loved.

Langstone continues to be a beautiful site which is truly relaxing. We will be back - and sooner this time. More

The site also boasts an onsite Bar & Restaurant, which offers home-cooked food to eat in or take away back to your Pod, Tent or Mobile Home.
If you are a lover of walking, this is the place to be! Dartmoor is an amazing 'stomping' ground and the location of this site, offers you the chance to walk for miles & miles, taking in the epic scenery. More

We walked to Tavistock across the moor and had 2 evening walks to Pew Tor. The location was great - in the middle of the moors and lots of great walks from the site. We had a very active 4 days.

Great market in Tavistock with lots of independent stalls. We bought homemade chocolate 2 days running. People were so friendly.
Super cafe called The Kitchen in Russell Street- homemade quiches, salads and cakes that were amazing. Highly recommend a visit here.

We ate at the restaurant on the campsite for one evening meal- the prices felt expensive at £15 for a veggie chilli and it was ok. The staff were helpful and friendly and, although pricey, it was a good addition to the campsite if you don’t want to cook/wash up.

The walk to Tavistock across the moor and the adjacent golf course is invigorating!

  Another fantastic stay at Langstone Manor. We have stayed there on a few occasions in the past- sampling the Pew Tor Apartment. Honeysuckle Cottage and a couple of the... read more static caravans, both with and without a dog. We have never been disappointed and have only stayed elsewhere when there has been no suitable availability.
Our long weekend visit on this occasion was for a family wedding and our party consisted of three family couples and our granddaughter aged ten months. Honeysuckle Cottage and the site itself were, as always, clean and tidy ( despite the relentless Dartmoor weather!). The beds were comfortable and the facilities spotlessly clean. Our granddaughter is crawling so it was great to have lovely clean floor for her to move about on. The cottage was very warm and cosy. The restaurant is so convenient, being on site, and a menu and bar to suit all tastes. The holiday park is about a ten minute stroll to the open moor and a short drive to Tavistock- although you can also walk down the lane and across moorland to Tavistock if desired. More
